ABOUT ANTENEH TSEGAYE

Hello, I am an Executive Search Associate at Northwind Partners and a UT Dallas MBA Alumni. I am a visionary and a people-oriented leader. I leverage my experiences to identify talent and solve problems. Through my work experiences, I discovered a strong desire to build a career in Executive Search.I have had experience as a Walmart Global People (HR) Analyst, where I worked on a People Partner Competency project. My role involved creating assessments and interviewing People Partners across the United States according to Walmart’s Competency Framework. I identified capability gap themes and made recommendations for solving identified gaps. My work was used to develop training for Walmart People Partners across the United States.At Accenture, I mentored summer analysts and facilitated weekly and monthly calls for executive management. As a peer supervisor, I advised employees on how to improve their leadership skills, productivity, and self-awareness. While training employees, I integrate my knowledge from my previous experiences which helps attendants understand their potential and self-worth. I mentor my team so that they may continuously improve their skills.I am interested in connecting with professionals from all industries, UT Dallas alumni, and MBA alumni.
