Currently, I lead the Enterprise Program Management Office (EPMO) at IAA, a global leader in digital marketplace and solutions for the automotive industry.In my role, reporting to the Chief of Staff to CEO and working with Chief Transformation Officer, I provide strategic oversight and direction for transformational initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, resource optimization, risk mitigation, and financial success. I liaise with the Executive SteerCo and Board of Directors, offering updates and insights on the progress and impact of transformation efforts.Previously, at Cognizant Technologies, a leading global system integrator, I spearheaded strategic enterprise-wide initiatives in the Office of CEO and Transformation Office. My efforts helped shape the organization\'s business and operating model, positioning it as a transformation partner to clients.
