Creation of Training Calendar for different PBU’s, calendar preparation & maintenanceand doing training needs analysis from HRBP’s, HOD’s and stakeholders monthly. Training Coordination- managing end to end coordination of trainings and performingtraining admin activities on the Learning Management Systems. First Line support-assist employees globally with the training related issue and providethem with resolutions and training scheduling options via Service now. Data Management- creating and managing different reports like active user data,training completion report, evaluation report, attendance records through reporting 2.0in CSOD and also creating and Updating the training material and content in LMS. Vendor Management-Evaluating the vendors for external training, catering or anylogistic support needed for the training. Admin activities-handling training invitations, registrations, cancellations, withdrawals,roster submission, group creation, LAT, training calendar,managing certificates,evaluation etc. Financial Administration- processing all vendor invoices, planning budget andmaintaining budget sheet yearly. SOP- created SOP and transitioned 5 countries-UK, India, Denmark, Norway andSweden. Collaboration- monthly collaboration with HRBP, HOD\'s, trainers and stakeholdersregarding training need analysis, training content review and update. Onboarding Program-Handling all monthly Onboarding program tasks likeconfirmation of presenters, sending invitations to the new hires,catering booking andcontent review & update. Monthly activities- project closure with the help of Power BI tool and sharing traininghours data to the business, SOP update and review Well versed knowledge of different LMS and ticketing system tools
