ABOUT ANSGAR KUPPER
I like people. They keep surprising me. That’s why I never grow tired trying to understand them better to improve products and services we are designing. Good UX used to be a differentiator, but that\'s the past. People no longer blame themselves when they can\'t make something work, they blame the company. It\'s now mostly a hygiene factor. Therefore if the proposition / product is to succeed, starting with the (potential) customer is always a good first step. I have been doing just that for the past 20 years, initially in physical ergonomics then quickly moving into user experience research. I have twice established and nurtured a UX research team from scratch, once client-side and once within a consultancy setting. I can add most value to companies operating internationally, to digital products with a physical component, in the e-commerce, technology, financial and health / medical sector. I have supported teams during all phases of the design process on a wide range of platforms and devices. My strength lies in conducting and managing complex UX / CX projects, especially those of an international character. I am a hands-on UX researcher and lead, representing the voice of the customer in helping square the user - business - technology triangle.
