Responsibilities as HSE Manager1. Lead the team in implementing the HSE Management System.2. To regularly monitor safety standards and procedures in the BU, and respond to emergencies and incidents in the facilitiy, providing advice in HSE-related matters.3. Organize OHSE committee meetings, and provide orientation & and safety induction training to employees and contractors including Fire prevention, and Emergency response plans.4. Make recommendations to BUH on the status of training and suitability of operators, Safety improvement requirements, and hotspot areas where more attention is needed from BU Management.5. Establish, implement & and maintain Emergency Response Procedures for various potential hazardous situations and conduct hazmat training programs.6. Monitor the timely submission of all reports and investigate work-related incidents with trend analysis for effective solutions and modifications to work methods or equipment to avoid the occurrence.7. To ensure necessary environmental projects and decarbonization strategies are taken to reduce energy consumption to achieve NET ZERO by 2030.8. To ensure the efficacy of all emergency preparedness plans through regular mock drills and upkeep of all emergency procedures.9. Monitor, collate, and analyze data for trend analysis & and statistics to achieve continual improvement on all aspects of HSE and related training of personnel.10. To ensure compliance with all Fire safety-related norms, upkeep of all Fire Safety appliances at all locations, and implementation of Loss prevention techniques at the BU.11. Organize various HSE promotional programs, competitions, continuous awareness programs, S&E celebrations, safety awards, and toolbox talk to enhance HSE performance in the BU.12. Observe provisions of the labor regulations, relevant HSE policy and procedures
