I started my career in generalist HR roles and have broad experience in key HCM practices from workforce planning, recruiting, onboarding, learning & development, performance management and remuneration & reward. This has also given me great insight into the importance of centring process design around employee, candidate, and people leader experiences.As a consultant I have over 10 years’ experience implementing SAP SuccessFactors solutions ranging from discovery & design through to go live. I have broad Project Management experience and have delivered over 60 SAP SuccessFactors projects ranging from small single module projects to large, complex global programmes.My success has relied on strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to engage, challenge, and present best practices to HR leaders and C+ executives.
