Je possède une solide expérience en développement des affaires et une formation en administration, comptabilité, démarrage d\'entreprise et en crédit commercial. J\'ai complété ma maîtrise en administration des affaires (MBA) en 2018. En 2015, j\'ai fondé mon cabinet de services conseils axé sur le renforcement des capacités et l\'autonomisation; offrant des services intégrés et personnalisés dans les affaires et le développement économique, le marketing, la communication, la planification stratégique, les ressources humaines, le coaching et la gestion de projet. De plus, nous offrons les outils psychométriques lors d\'embauche ou de restructuration. En décembre 2016, nous avons reçu l\'accréditation d\'organisme formateur d\'Emploi-Québec pour les champs professionnels administration et commerce ainsi que formation générale. Au cours des 15 dernières années, j\'ai travaillé de près avec les premières nations, ce qui m\'a permis d\'acquérir une bonne compréhension des réalités, des priorités et des défis inhérents aux organismes communautaires et organisations. I have a solid background in business development and trainings in administration, accounting, business start-up and in commercial credit. I completed my Master in Business Administration (MBA) in 2018. In 2015, I founded a consulting firm focused on capacity-building and empowerment; offering integrated and personalized services in business and economic development, marketing, communications, strategic planning, human resources, coaching and project management. We also offer psychometric tools when hiring or restructuring. In December 2016, we have been accredited Training Organization by Emploi-Québec for the professional fields of administration and commerce as well as general education. Over the last 15 years, I worked with First Nations, which allowed me to acquire a good understanding of the realities, priorities and challenges inherent to an aboriginal community and organizations.
