As Chief Executive Officer of Tandem Health, a Federally Qualified (Community) Health Center serving Sumter County, SC, I lead with a commitment to both strategic excellence and human impact. For more than two decades, I\'ve dedicated my career to building systems that deliver affordable quality care, advance equity, and strengthen the health of my hometown community. I believe leadership is about connection as much as it is about direction. At Tandem Health, I\'ve had the privilege of aligning a team of professionals around a shared purpose - to ensure that every person, regardless of income or circumstance, has access to compassionate, comprehensive healthcare. Together, we\'ve transformed our mission into measurable outcomes: expanding sites and services, modernizing infrastructure, diversifying revenue streams, and cultivating partnerships that bridge healthcare, education, and community development. I lead at the intersection of analytics, intentional design, and human experience - where strategy meets compassion and results follow. I\'m driven by the challenge of reimagining what community-based healthcare can look like - innovative, financially sustainable, and rooted in dignity. I see every strategic plan as an opportunity to build something lasting: systems that work not just today, but for the generations to come.
