I am a strategic operations professional with experience supporting executive leadership, leading complex projects, and improving systems that help organizations serve people better.Before moving into healthcare, I spent several years at Amazon as a Global Project Manager focused on high-volume hiring strategy and workforce operations. In that role, I worked across multiple countries to help launch new hiring technology, improve workforce planning, and build scalable processes that supported rapid growth while maintaining accuracy and operational efficiency.Today, I serve as Executive Assistant and Project Manager supporting the executive leadership team at Tandem Health, a Federally Qualified Health Center. I work closely with the CEO and senior leaders to help move strategic priorities forward while ensuring alignment across clinical, operational, compliance, and administrative teams.My work includes supporting board governance, strategic planning, organizational initiatives, and cross-departmental projects that strengthen how the organization delivers care to the communities we serve.
