Supporting seniors is at the heart of why I’m pursuing a career in medical billing and coding. I believe that behind every healthcare claim is a person who deserves dignity, clarity, and timely care—and I’m committed to ensuring providers are reimbursed fairly while patients, especially older adults, aren’t burdened by preventable financial stress. My background in client advocacy and problem-solving has taught me how to navigate complex systems with both efficiency and empathy—skills that translate so well into the world of healthcare administration. I thrive in environments where adaptability, continuous learning, and precision make a real difference—but what truly drives me is the opportunity to support others and find solutions that have a lasting impact. After several fulfilling years as an Assessment and Learning Center Instructor at Employment Services, I’m excited to bring my passion for accuracy and organization into the healthcare field. My experience at Weld County Human Services deepened my ability to analyze information, solve problems, and build positive relationships—all essential skills in the billing and coding space. Now, I’m applying my analytical mindset and strong work ethic to gain expertise in medical billing and coding. I’m eager to contribute to a team that values efficiency, integrity, and compassionate service—especially one focused on improving the lives of seniors.
