Having had feet in each world, I can see the opportunity for workplaces to becoming more innovative in offering hands on practical therapies ie. massage. Some organisations are doing this, but it is the minority.I have created a range of aromatherapy and crystal healing soya chakra candles! The candles are used during the treamtements and add another layer of healing via essential oils and crystals!

I have been in HR for 25 years and am now developing a new way of making a hands on difference to employee experience through wellbeing as opposed to influencing a positive company culture through Strategic HR Management, I do all things that I enjoy - HR consultancy for forward thinking companies, management training, workplace massage and wellbeing.
