Working within the Global Talent Acquisition Operations team, I test across the HRIS, careers site, employment checking systems and applicant sourcing software. The testing can vary from small enhancements and releases to global company projects for system process changes and enhancements. As well as my immediate team of System Analysts, I work regularly with recruiters, candidates, project teams and internal and external engineers.I also manage queries within service now that come in from internal colleagues and external candidates. The queries can be technical issues, system improvements or advising on system processes. I update training materials and have delivered sessions virtually with colleagues to inform of new business processes/changes.I primarily work with Workday, eightfold, findem and service now.
