As Member Engagement Director for my sorority, I independently plan, coordinate, and lead two sisterhood events per month for over 200 chapter members, overseeing all aspects from concept development to execution. Through these events, I work to foster meaningful relationships, encourage participation, and promote a cohesive, inclusive chapter culture that enhances overall engagement and retention. I’ve also managed all logistics for in-house bonding events (coordinating catered meals and creating a welcoming environment) while partnering with local East Lansing businesses to organize off-site experiences for members.
