In this Manager role, I oversee the planning and execution of key operational workstreams within the content product function. Responsibilities include- Set monthly, quarterly, and annual targets for team members and consistently monitor and communicate progress to goal- Develop and implement systems and processes that perform the work and fulfill the mission and goals of the team efficiently and effectively- Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to define, launch, and drive structural improvements to ensure alignment of goals and objectives- Coach, mentor, and develop staff, including overseeing new employee onboarding and providing career development planning and opportunities.
