Currently working on the Ample Program, a social innovation and entrepreneurship programme that aims to create joint interventions with marginalised communities to improve food access and affordability, resulting in better health outcomes.Ample will run over 24 months (2 October 2023 to 31 September 2025) in two European cities and will involve EIT Food collaborating with local partners to help entrepreneurs access tools, training and funding for food-related businesses.Starting with the vibrant city of Madrid and together with local partners, we will:🥕 Work with collaborative spaces where communities grow food and create new businesses.🥗 Help scale healthier, affordable food alternatives.🤝 Support local entrepreneurs and help create new employment opportunities.I have also worked on organisational strategy with teams across the company, facilitating strategic workshops with EIT Food\'s partners to map common threads of interest across the partnership, looking at future challenge areas and making most effective use of the network. EIT Food accelerates innovation to build a future-fit food system that produces healthy and sustainable food for all.
