Partner with all business leaders to develop the vision and strategy of technology and business applications ensuring alignment with the corporate goals and strategies. Lead IT strategic and operational planning to achieve business goals by fostering innovation, prioritizing IT initiatives, and coordinating the evaluation, deployment, and management of current and future IT technology. Partner with Enterprise Security and Software Engineering to ensure technology deployments and department procedures are in alignment with DevSecOps best practices. • Collaborate with department heads on project requirements and implementations. • Research new technologies and present recommendations across all impacted business teams. • Create and maintains the IT capital and operating budgets. • Oversee the acquisition of new technology, deployment and end state support model. • Develop and maintain metrics performance and capacity. • Negotiate, maintain, and comply with software license and maintenance agreements. • Negotiate and maintain vendor partnerships and service agreements. • Retain and develop a successful team to support all technical efforts for IT services; provides guidance and direction to the management team. Supervise recruitment, development, retention, and organization of IT staff in accordance with corporate budgetary objectives and personnel policies.
