I am an Innovation Management Consultant. My work consists in advising and providing a strategic support to different type of organisations - SMEs, Large Enterprises, Research Organisations and Universities - throughout their entire innovation process, from concept definition to implementation of R&D projects. This includes spotting the innovation capability potential of clients, matching it to the market, identifying possible grants and optimising procurement of funding for R&D. I have been involved as Project Manager in international R&D&I projects such as H2020, LIFE and Horizon Europe. My fields of interest range from the Bioeconomy, Circular Economy, Agriculture & Food and Sustainability, among others.
