ABOUT ANN HARSHA VARGHESE
Currently working as an Account Manager at Salesforce, wherein I work closely with C-level Executives and decision makers of various Manufacturing and Energy customers to accelerate their digital transformation journey. Prior to this, I worked as an Enterprise Account Manager at Microsoft, catering to major customers in the Manufacturing and Conglomerate sector.I completed my MBA with a specialization in Marketing, from NMIMS Mumbai. Prior to that I worked as a Consulting Engineer in Professional Services at Cisco. I had the pleasure of working on several key global projects wherein I assumed a customer-facing consulting role and planned, designed and deployed Datacenter/Enterprise networks and recommended best practices to customers. My stint at Cisco helped me develop a customer-centric mindset, learn how to empathize with customers and ensure customer success.My free hours are generally devoted to creative pursuits like painting, music, creating stop motion-animation videos etc. I also love gardening and consider myself a pet lover.
