Projects involve Infrastructure development, Capacity improvement, cost reduction and new operation set up. Lead Processing engineering & TQM department for generating various ideas for continuous improvement to reduce cost of manufacturing. Collaborate with IT function for planning and implementation of Digital transformation initiatives. Preparation and control of operational budget. Vendor negotiation for capital equipment and services along with Purchase team.
