ABOUT ANIA MOŚCICKA

After many years in business, building teams and leading projects, I now bring this experience into development work. I run individual coaching and mentoring sessions, group processes within KinetiQ Lab, and initiatives supporting women such as Empowerment Through Doing. KinetiQ Lab & Projects At KinetiQ Lab, which I co-founded, I design and deliver projects that connect coaching, business, and the arts. We help organizations and teams learn how to work in new ways, using new techniques, widening perspectives, strengthening creativity, and navigating complexity. I create development programs, including Empowerment Through Doing for a team of women from the IT division at Íslandsbanki (2024/25). Growth & Learning Personal and professional growth is central to my work. I completed the Advanced Leadership Program at the Center for Leadership in 2022 and returned as a Teaching Assistant in 2023. In 2024, I completed the ESG School at the Polish Chamber of Commerce. I am a certified business coach (PwC Academy) and have taught at the University of Economics in Poznań. I also share knowledge as a speaker at conferences such as InfoShare, I Love Marketing, TEDx, GoldenMarketing, and CEE Social Media Babelcamp. Mentoring & Coaching Since 2023, I have been a mentor in the NEXT program (Women Entrepreneur Network, Sieć Przedsiębiorczych Kobiet), supporting women scaling their businesses internationally. I also mentor startups through EWA (Empowering Women in Agrifood) by EIT Food and StartUp Hub Poland. In 2025, I completed the Business Coaching Diploma at PwC Academy. I work with leaders, teams, and individuals facing diverse challenges. I believe that women’s energy, empathy, and emotional strength are powerful assets in creating environments that support change and bold decision-making. Come and talk!
