As the leader of a Center of Excellence, my role is focused on driving the success of two strategic people practices - org design and workforce planning. With org design, I lead a deliberate process of configuring structures, processes, reward systems, and people practices that enable effective achievement of business strategies. This involves collaborating closely with senior leaders and key stakeholders to identify the optimal design and operating model for the business. In addition, I oversee workforce planning - a critical talent management process that helps companies anticipate and prepare for future staffing and development needs. I work closely with HR and business leaders to align talent strategies with business objectives and ensure that the right people are in the right roles at the right time. Beyond these core responsibilities, I also support large-scale business transformation and digital transformation efforts. This involves providing strategic guidance and tactical support to cross-functional teams working on critical initiatives.
