Provide Project Management for Cyber Incident Response and Recovery Projects. I manage large teams or workstreams that may be globally dispersed, including both Engineering and Business team members to respond to cyber incidents. Coordinate internal resources and third parties, if required, in support of Client Services and Enterprise hardware deployment projects. Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time and within defined scope. Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders, and ensure technical feasibility. Ensure resource availability and allocation is efficient and effective and productivity targets are met. Delegate and communicate project tasks to team members effectively. Maintain comprehensive and accurate project documentation. Provide weekly status updates of current/upcoming projects. Report, document, and escalate issues as needed.
