Main Responsibilities- Relationships with banking institutions for cash flow management, extension of credit lines, and structuring of short to medium-long term financing operations- Manage and support the accountancy team in their accountancy daily operations- Ensure compliance with the accounting rules and ensure the good compliance of the accounts with ITA GAAP and IFRS- Monitor the cash flow and process the payments- Complete the monthly (quarterly, annual) closing processes, including preparation of journal entries, accruals, prepayments and intercompany transactions. The main activities also include: overheads analysis, reconciliation of general ledger accounts in accordance with accounting principles and reporting schedules, profit and loss review of various legal entities during the closing procedures- Continuous improvement of management control such as report automation and standardization of KPI\'s- Reviews banking reconciliations and working papers supporting tax filings and prepares and submits VAT returns and Income tax filings where required- Control and reconciliation of the balance sheets and prepare intercompany reconciliations- Identify the gaps between achievements and forecasts, propose corrective actions- Establish annual budget and financial forecasts- Draw up a business plan, summary notes, study reports and alert reports based on analysis of management results- Manage Due Diligence activities and extraordinary financial transactions- Draw up the year-end company financial statements including the notes on the account and the financial report.
