Effective January 1, 2023 Hammer and Northeast Residence officially merged and became “Hammer & NER”.We currently serve 360 individuals who reside in 59 group homes and are integrated into 9 apartment programs in the Minneapolis and St. Paul metro area.More than 1,088 community leaders and family members gave a breathtaking $1,744,887 to Hammer & NER in 2022.
