The expertise of our specialist teams come together in a shared organisation that ensures we deliver strong end to end HR solutions for all of our employees. As a HR Professional I\'m responsible for; • Providing high quality, consistent HR advice, support and resolution to managers, employees and outside parties • Within appropriate procedures, standards and timescales I administer senior executive management HR transnational activities for employee \'lifecycle\' across the organisation• Processing internal Data Protection Subject Access Requests in line with SLA’s• Ensuring the correct escalation of queries to Subject Matter Experts and Team Leaders• Maintaining team and customer relationships through advice, support and continuous improvement, providing a great experience first time, every time• Offering support for line managers to self initiate solutions to solve business issues• Supporting the development and implementation of the appropriate policies and framework to address issues
