Working closely with clients as an extension of their team, we combine analytics, CRO, SEO, email automation, and UX improvements to drive measurable business impact- Lead product ownership and roadmap development across key client growth initiatives, aligning digital strategy with trading goals and long-term business objectives- Shape business strategy through objective setting and KPI definition, helping leadership teams monitor performance and make confident, data-informed decisions- Develop and implement insight-driven experimentation programmes, to improve customer journeys and drive revenue growth- Oversee the development of dashboards and reporting systems using GA4 and Looker Studio to bring clarity and consistency to performance tracking- Support iterative optimisation through collaborative planning, prioritisation and product road-mapping across UX, search, CRM, personalisation, and conversion rate (CRO) improvement strategies.
