To be motivated and skilled is to be successful. I like to differentiate myself from others not via words, but via deeds. For that reason, I aim to be the best of class wherever I am, where it is position, or company.Whilst everything to do with the web interests me, I\'m at the point in my career whereby I aim to lead others to do great things. I have done everything from the conception of (and writing of) a 6-month graduate scheme of which has proven very successful, to introducing processes for multi-continent based development teams.My life goal and ambition is to work in America. Until this point, however, I\'m doing everything in my power to be successful here in the UK!
