I build technology products that work when it matters most.At Chick-fil-A, Inc, I\'m a Senior Lead Technical Product Owner in Digital Transformation & Technology (DTT). I work within Staff Technology Solutions, where my team builds the platforms behind restaurant development — green-field systems that help Chick-fil-A open restaurants, coordinate construction, and connect thousands of field partners to the data and workflows they need.It\'s bridge work: business on one side, engineering on the other, and a lot of complexity in between. I\'m here to make sure we\'re solving for the right outcomes, not just filling tickets.Before this, I spent 15+ years leading digital products in professional sports, telecom infrastructure, enterprise software, and spatial computing. I\'ve shipped real-time platforms at scale, navigated red tape and regulatory complexity, and led cross-functional teams where translating between worlds was the whole job.I care about building things that serve people well, working with teams that hold each other to a high standard, and staying curious about what\'s next.
