ABOUT ANDY MANTHEI

GreenPath is a non-profit organization that is Remixing the American Dream so it works for everyone. We believe that everyone should have the opportunity to be financially healthy.We are best known for our housing and financial counseling services, where we are a leader in offering holistic, unbiased counseling to folks on topics such as debt issues, budgeting and savings, foreclosure prevention, homebuyer education, and student loans. We serve over people each year across all 50 states.GreenPath also offers partnership models that are customized to the needs of credit unions, community banks, employers and other social-service organizations. These programs complement partner efforts to decrease loan losses, rehabilitate credit-challenged consumers so they can qualify for mainstream financial products, provide support to employees facing financial challenges, provide financial education, and help to meet Community Reinvestment goals.In the past seven years, GreenPath has been in the midst of a deep \"re-think\" of how we can disrupt economic insecurity in America - recognizing that counseling is necessary, but not sufficient, to create the type of systems change that is needed. This has led us to build strengths and partnerships around Human Centered Design, behavioral economics, and financial technology to create more impactful, accessible ways of supporting individuals and families throughout their financial journey. We are deeply committed to Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, and Access(IDEA) initiatives. I have a wide array of responsibilities from facilitating human centered design thinking sessions, conducting deep research on market conditions to understand the challenges of our partners and prospects, formulating strategic plans and big picture ideas to assist our partner development, evaluating new opportunities and new approaches, all while keeping our mission moving forward. I am deeply passionate about the work we do and am constantly searching for ways to make a deep impact on people individually and our nation as a whole.
