In addition to his work on the sales team, Drew leads efforts to recruit compelling new talent, helping expand the company’s roster with individuals who are driving change, breaking boundaries, and influencing today’s most important conversations.After getting sober from alcohol and cocaine during the COVID-19 pandemic, Drew found renewed sense of purpose rooted in service and storytelling. His recovery journey inspired him to launch Small Steps. Big Change, a podcast where he brings on inspirational leaders to share how their own small, courageous steps have led to meaningful impact. Through honest conversations and powerful personal narratives, Drew creates a space that uplifts the voices of those turning adversity into action—further reflecting his belief that real change often begins with the decision to simply keep going.Drew grew up in North Andover, Massachusetts and is a graduate of the University of Connecticut. Prior to the speaking industry, Drew spent time in both New York City and Miami working in television. He is huge basketball fan, Housewives watcher, and will never turn down a plate of pasta (usually in a tracksuit). Drew lives in Boston, Massachusetts with his partner Brad, and their Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, Belle.
