ABOUT ANDREW BEASLEY

As a Commercial Director with extensive international experience, fluent in English, French and Danish. I build strategy and multi-functional teams in both global, matrixed organisations and start-ups to deliver commercial success.My strengths are in identifying the existing challenges, identifying the strategic direction for the business and aligning with the right stakeholders to implement the right strategy and plan to include commercial, communications & marketing & product innovation, supported by the right systems and processes. Having worked in B2B food ingredients my whole carrier with food and beverages businesses across all categories, my experience, my drive and broad international network has create success in Global Brands, Own Label and Foodservice plans.In recent years, leading the commercial direction in a start-up (in alternative proteins) has further broadened my scope and experience as we have created powerful plans to develop commercial support and partnerships in a pre-commercial business, supporting large scale investments to build our factory, ready for launch with right proposition for the market and the right partners for scale.Moreover, leading successful European funded projects and global competitions has been hugely rewarding.
