ABOUT ANDREW SMITH
I\'ve built my career from the bottom, building a foundation that has constantly allowed me to grow. My base foundation in the automation field started as a general labor, then to an electrician, where I became the lead for a team of 30, all while pursuing my BS from Wayne State. After graduation, I accepted a position as a controls engineer where I traveled the US integrating body shops. after 5 years on the road, I accepted a position as a PM, where I am in charge of the complete project from design through integration, including all financials. As I continue my career as a PM, I remain driven, passionate and curious. My automation pyramid has an extremely solid base, as I will always be seeking to add to the layers to reach the peak.
