I am a Project Manager with Prince2 & AgilePM Certifications and more than 15 years’ experience managing the streamlined delivery of strategic projects and change initiatives, including critical ICT infrastructure projects, and applying structured methods and project management tools to govern planning and communications.My experience driving the transition to new systems and processes has involved applying sound project management methodology, framework, templates, principles and practice to ensure the achievement of quality, schedule and cost constraints as well as managing budgeting/forecasting and providing training and support to clients and end users.My excellent verbal and written communication skills have played a key role in my success developing and leveraging strong relationships and working closely with a broad range of key stakeholders to identify business requirements, influence engagement and drive the streamlined and cost effective delivery of various projects.Combining communication skills with my proven success developing business plans, policy frameworks, project documentation and communications has also enabled me to conduct presentations, facilitate open dialogue, influence stakeholder engagement and guide groups to a shared decision.
