Established North American market, from zero sales to acquisition. As Head of Product North America, I work as a customer advocate bridging the gap between end users, sales and engineering to further fine tune existing products, and establish new products that meet the diverse need of clients. As a customer advocate I also lead the customer support, dealer training and technical writing teams. As a product expert I routinely communicate the advocacy of not only Augmenta Products but other precision ag products to diverse audiences with different levels of technological understanding. My teaching background allows me to quickly gauge my audience’s understanding and adjust the conversation accordingly. This allows me to feel as comfortable in front of a small group of engineers as I do in front of a large 200+ person audience of farmers. I have also been heavily involved with sales, helping the sales team to close large and small deals by utilizing my product knowledge and my ability to convey technologically complicated subjects in a clear and simple manner. Which allows end users to understand how Augmenta’s diverse services fits into their operation.
