WORK HISTORY
Assistant @Ucsb Recreation
US
My time as a Sports Club Assistant help me be a good work place individual. Being able to set up and take everything down efficiently is based on how you work as a team. I learned to work with others well, and to make agreements and compromises when there is a conflict of opinions. Being able to communicate and help sports players and audiences is something I have also developed. I learned that although. You may not know how to help everyone, it is important to do your best and to ask others who may know more than you to help. I have also learned how to write incident reports while working. Injuries and incidents are very common in my workplace. I have to keep myself alert at all times in case someone gets hurt, or something happens. I need to assess the incident and write everything that I know about the incident in detail.
