Costpoint Functional Projects & Stakeholder Partnership:• Serves as internal Deltek Costpoint SME, partnering with stakeholders to understand their goals and develop solutions by providing expert help-desk services, training, and support for all Costpoint users. Coordinates implementation of Deltek Costpoint ERP/MRP, DeltekTime, and related applications, maintaining and managing the implementation project plan to achieve project goals and deliverables.Costpoint Optimization & Top Functionality:• Helps improve Costpoint by managing upgrades, maintaining applications, and enhancing system functionality.System Reviews & Compliance:• Monitors the overall health of Deltek ERP/MRP, Deltek Time, and related systems. Ensures data integrity by overseeing data-related activities (implicitly through providing support and managing system health). Manages user access and security for DeltekCostpoint (implicitly through SME role).Stakeholder Support, Training, & Analysis:• Provides or supervises help-desk services, training, and support for all Costpoint users.Develops, or supervises the development and customization of, procedures guides, quick reference sheets, videos, and other training materials for Deltek Costpoint, Deltek Time, and related applications.Communication & Process Improvement:• Maintains relationships, coordinates, and provides liaison with Deltek, 3rd party application developers, consultants, and other third-party providers. Monitors automated jobs run through integrations and Deltek Job Server (identifying areas for improvement).Module Management: Manages the Deltek Costpoint system as the SME, implying the oversight and configuration of various modules.Collaboration: Coordinates and documents the integration of Deltek Costpoint ERP with 3rd party supplemental applications.
