Andy is a member of the Canterbury & Nelson Senior Management Team with the position of Health & Safety Manager, responsible for overseeing all projects within the region(s).As part of the Canterbury Senior Management team, Andy contributes to strategic management and implementation of the division’s business plan, with a view to sustaining and developing the business locally.Andy works proactively with Site and Project Managers to establish and maintain safety systems and procedures to meet specific requirements such as site set up risk assessment, critical risk/task planning, control of hazards, and incident/hazard reporting.Andy actively engages and builds relationships with key industry bodies such as WorkSafe, SiteSafe, CHASNZ etc.
