The Pittsburgh Thunderbirds is a Professional Ultimate Frisbee Team. The UFA (Ultimate Frisbee Association) allows owners and active managers to build the organization with nearly unlimited creativity and innovation. Founder and General Manager • Instrumental in every aspect of the organization since its inception into the League in 2015• Supervise an average of 40 players and 60 staff members per season• Serviced approximately 12,500 fans through a self-created, integrated online and offline box office system• Procure thousands of dollars of sponsorship partnerships each season and creatively activate them during events• Lead and operate nine paid and ticketed events each season• Created and manage three social media accounts, doubling our total ‘follower’ count each season• Negotiate and develop legally bound independent contractor contracts for players and staff each season• Cut and create highlight videos for content and publishing on our website and leagues data archives on watchufa.tv• Manage an online and offline merchandise center, tracking items with SKU’s, and selling hundreds of unique itemsFormed monetary and non-monetary partnerships with Allegheny Health Network, Bonefish Bar & Grille, UPMC Sports Medicine, UPMC Health Plan, UPMC Urgent Care, Lot 17 Bar & Grille, Miller Lite, Discraft, Disc Store, Dick\'s Sporting Goods, Friction Gloves, Shaklee Corporation, Saturday Night Light Brigade, MedExpress, Doctor\'s Pain Clinic, SeatStir, Pittsburgh Impact Interfaith Network, Jameson\'s Army, Operation Walk, Circles East Liberty, Steel Toe Films, Cut n Run Studios, Autism Connection of PA, Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, BRGR, & Cupka\'s Cafe.
