Run the day-to-day operations of a busy baseball and softball training facility, making sure everything from staffing to scheduling runs smoothly- Hire, train, and manage instructors and front desk staff, setting expectations and holding the team accountable to high standards- Coordinate cage, lesson, and team scheduling to keep the facility running efficiently and maximize usage- Oversee sales, memberships, and lesson packages while handling daily cash and basic financial tracking- Build relationships with athletes, parents, coaches, and teams to create a positive experience that keeps people coming back- Make sure all equipment (HitTrax, pitching machines, cages, turf) is safe, maintained, and ready for use at all times- Handle customer issues and questions directly, resolving problems quickly and professionally- Enforce safety policies and maintain a clean, organized facility that reflects the D-BAT brand- Plan and support camps, clinics, team rentals, and special events- Work closely with ownership to improve operations, grow the business, and strengthen the facility’s presence in the community.
