Kickstart STEM (501-c3) empowers students in grades K-5 with engaging, project-based classes in science, technology, engineering, mathematics—and now AI! Our mission is inspired by the need to bridge the gap as other countries vastly outperform the USA in early STEM education. Through exciting, hands-on activities like marshmallow-and-spaghetti towers, dynamic bridge constructions, aeronautical modeling, electrical circuits, and more, we spark curiosity and build foundational skills.Our coding curriculum begins with Scratch, introducing students to the universal language of coding, and progresses to Python, enhancing their practical coding proficiency. We also proudly offer specialized courses like 3D Engineering and AI, notably teaching AI in the vibrant community of Chinatown to ensure equitable access and inspire the next generation of STEM leaders.
