This includes shaping programmes and operating models, setting clear architectural principles and guidelines, and driving reuse to deliver outcomes in the most effective and sustainable way possible.I have led major public sector modernisation initiatives tackling 20–50 years of legacy techn debt across highly diverse estates, including multiple application languages, platforms, and database technologies.
