I work with our largest, most important customers, to solve problems that our standard white glove support can\'t easily handle. I assist customers that have needs that require a private implementation of our SaaS solution. These happen in either the major cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP) or occasionally private cloud environments. I help our customers define installation configuration and production processes, using appropriate tools/products from Cloud providers to set up reliable, scalable production installations. I am comfortable at a Linux command prompt or a presentation to executives late in the sales cycle. I think my particular value add is that I can communicate effectively and eloquently to all levels of the customer organization in audience friendly language, from the installation engineer, to security teams, to cXo\'s.
