A Food Safety Specialist, Auditor and Manager with 35 years experience in various Quality, Technical and Food Safety roles in the Food Industry. Currently working as a Food Safety Professional for AIB International. Previously I have worked as a Quality Manager at Barry Callebaut Chester, a Supplier Compliance Auditor for Waitrose and a Group Technical Auditor for Pork Farms (Addo Food Group) based at the Head Office at Tottle Bakery Nottingham. Also I was a Food Safety Consultant with The Food Safety Consortium auditing M&S suppliers, depots and stores. I have had a previous 12 years as a Food Safety Auditor, Lead Auditor for and BRC and BRC/IOP when working for AIB International. Further auditing experience with Micron 2 between 1996 and 1998.
