As the Recruitment Manager for Johnstone Supply, LLC, I am responsible for the Talent Acquisition strategy, implementation, and operations for all corporate departments, including: Human Resources, Accounting & Finance, FP & A, HR/Training, Learning & Engagement, Product Management/Marketing, Distribution & Transportation, Supply Chain, Pricing, eCommerce, software development/engineering, IT Operations, IT Solutions, Business Development, and senior leadership.
