ABOUT ANDRÉS MANRÍQUEZ IBARRA

I am a mechanical engineer who builds reliable systems where hardware, electronics, and code meet. I turn messy signals into clean data and stable control.My hands-on work spans embedded controllers with Arduino, Controllino and ESP32, PID tuning, sensor integration, and rapid prototyping in SolidWorks, creating parts and end products through 3D printing with proven durability. I design PCBs in KiCad, bring them up, and write simple UIs so complex tools are easy to use.Selected builds include a closed loop CO2 growth-chamber controller, an inverted-pendulum robot with NI myRIO and LabVIEW, and a valve-positioning system with magnetic angle sensing, BLE device control, NFC traceability, and a Processing UI for heavy machinery oil sampling.I have operated at a professional level beyond the lab. At Alfa Laval I sold 2 million EUR in my first year. At Daikin I designed and selected equipment for malls, hospitals, data centers, and industrial processes. I was chosen for Daikin’s GET program in the United States and graduated top of class after coursework, factory and site visits, plus technical presentations in English where complex HVAC technical subjects I presented became easy to understand for all audiences.I bring discipline, clear communication, and a maker’s bias for action. I am also a trumpet player who has recorded albums and participated in several bands, which keeps my timing, teamwork, and creativity sharp.Target paths: systems engineering, test and measurement, control, embedded, mechatronics.
