ABOUT ANDREAS BOSSERT
My name is Andreas and I am the technical leader for the area of Verification & Validation at ITK engineering (Bosch subsidiary) and therefore searching for all information on testing especially refering to Highly Automated Driving, AI/ML, HIL, SIL and MIL. I am active in the ASAM standardization. Additional I take part as a project leader for lead projects refering to V&V. Previously, I was Teamleader in Automotive projects and worked in projects refering to ADAS Sensors, test strategy and testplan in electric drive with concepts for traceability from requirement to test result. I was trainer for the ISTQB Certified Tester programm for the courses of Certified Tester Foundation Level, Model-Based Tester, Automotive Software Tester and Test Manager Advanced Level. My second section of interests refer to Project Management. I am certified in in IPMA Level C/D and have experience in leading projects with up to 20 people for round about 20 years. Besides the technical aspects of project leading I am very interested in all the soft skill parts like team building, motivation and stakeholder management.
