Conduct peer benchmarking and ESG gap analysis to identify areas for focus. • Engage internal/external stakeholders and conduct materiality assessment to determine relevant topics to prioritize and disclose. •Improve company ESG performance against ESG raters and evaluators • Assess the company’s landscape and identify sustainability challenges and opportunities. • Establish long-term ESG goals and create a specific, prioritized activity. • Lead efforts for employee and supplier engagements to drive internal goals and upgrade company performance. • Develop and implement sustainability strategies, programs, and goals. •Provide guidelines and support the elaboration of the company sustainability report, including guidance on extended ESG metrics and inclusion of ESG frameworks. • Experience identifying KPIs leveraging widely used disclosure standards and frameworks, such as GRI, SASB, TCFD, UN SDGs, and GHG Protocol. • Work cross-functionally to collect and analyze ESG data from various sources and cross-functional teams
