ABOUT ANALIA YACOT

Analia specialises in International Leadership Development. She coaches leaders, teams and organizations in multicultural and complex environments who are committed to evolving and creating more innovative and sustainable ways of working.She has personally undergone several career transitions herself and she is passionate about supporting leaders to develop satisfying and meaningful careers for themselves and their teams. She strongly believes that motivation produces great performance.She is the founder of CICRE®, an integrative approach that enables leadership evolution through cooperation. The results are expansion of individual capabilities, development of cooperation in teams and value creation for the organisation. With 25+ years of experience, Analia has held positions of senior executive in finance and HR for Silicon Valley companies. She successfully implemented major projects to support fast expansion in South, Central and North America and Europe. This gave her exposure to a diverse international background and an understanding of issues that global leaders face. She is used to working in environments that are rapidly changing, highly innovative and where traditional definitions of jobs are increasingly rare. Analia holds a CPA degree and Executive trainings in HR and Leadership Development at Stanford University and Wharton School. She has also studied Social Psychology to enrich her understanding of social dynamic on business environments.Analia started working as an executive coach and facilitator in working with international leaders from the private sector.
