Global Business Partner, responsible to handle IT Applications globally in PTP, WM and MDM areas for more than 30 countries including Europe, Asia, Latin America & North America(US & Canada). I am actively involved in continuously improving the Procure to Pay, WM and DGA processes by leveraging SAP and other tools functionalities• Strong communication skills with business, leadership team and IT partners in different countries. Creativity, ideas and thinking out of the box are integral attributes of my role• Responsible to lead & manage IT projects by following best practices, transparency and company strategy. I have been involved in the definition of our IT internal processes from the beginning, defining our PMO processes, standards for projects, documentation, etc.• Handling multiple IT Vendors/Implementation partners for successful delivery of projects by ensuring quality & compliance. Also involved in evaluation & selection of IT Vendors/Implementation partners, negotiation on contracts and SOW• Leading application maintenance team (AMS) from IT Vendor in my workstreams, which includes monitoring and control AMS team activities related to incidents, change management & IT projects.• I started in Archroma by leading a Carve Out project from former company in my areas. Afterwards, I’ve been leading different projects from acquisitions (in new and existing countries) to organizational simplifications, new global logistic processes for intercompany, master data archive and definition of data governance, multiple data migrations, e-invoicing in several countries, implementation of mining process tool, etc.• High commitment to optimize Costs, Services scope and Quality of the day-to-day applications support and the projects in line with our Internal and External Customers expectations to support our company strategy. Develop our people and the partnership with our external providers
