I led a multi-million-dollar renovation—completed on time and within budget—and our property continues to outperform in rent growth, occupancy, and revenue. We’ve earned two Platinum Property awards from The Las Colinas Association for exceeding compliance and standards. Financials are at the core of what I do. I own monthly reporting, variance analysis, and executive updates, ensuring leadership has clear insights. I’m detail-driven, quick to adapt, and thrive in fast-paced, ever-changing environments. I also personally plan and execute all resident events, bringing the community together and boosting retention.
